Head & Neck Surgery

Head and neck cancer covers a variety of cancers in the head and neck, including cancers of the mouth, larynx, nose, sinuses and salivary glands and the lymph nodes in the neck.
Mr Visavadia is currently a Senior Head and Neck Cancer Surgeon in North West London and Hertfordshire. He has been the Cancer Lead for West Herts Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and has a key role in Head and Neck Cancer Peer Review for the NHS ensuring compliance with NICE Improving Outcomes Guidelines in Head and Neck Cancer. Therefore, he can provide the highest possible levels of experience and professionalism in this field, from diagnosis through treatment to rehabilitation.
Bhavin is also a respected surgical trainer and has recently been appointed as Chairman of Reconstruction for the Strasbourg Osteosynthesis Research Group (S.O.R.G) in Europe.

Oral Surgery

Oral surgery covers all aspects of surgery to the mouth, usually that which is beyond the scope of a dentist. Patients are referred for specialist management by their dentists and GPs. This can cover treatment for everything from wisdom teeth removal to the treatment of oral cancer.
Salivary Gland Surgery
Mr Visavadia diagnoses and treats salivary gland conditions. This treatment covers all aspects, whether it be the management of salivary gland blockages or salivary gland removal.

TMJ Surgery
TMJ surgery covers surgery to the Temporo-Mandibular Joint or the jaw joint. This is a complex surgery, utilising minimally invasive techniques including TMJ arthroscopy. Mr Visavadia offers a comprehensive TMJ treatment programme, working closely with dedicated physiotherapists and dentists.
